1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.3 Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. However, you remain responsible for all activity on your account prior to closure, including any outstanding bets or obligations. kg777 also offers self-exclusion options for Players who wish to take a break from gaming. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure, and once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.4 Fees and Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and 1-3 business days for bank transfers. Delays may occur due to weekends, holidays, or additional verification requirements.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

6. Game Rules, Fair Play, and Prohibited Activities

• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors (under 21 years of age) to access your account or gamble using your credentials.

• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause. Players who initiate chargebacks may have their accounts permanently banned and be pursued for recovery of funds.

6.3 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

9.3 Arbitration

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kg777. Any disputes not resolved through customer support or PAGCOR mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
